- 250 g margarine
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g sugar
- 375 g flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- Fat for the mold

simple, fast and super easy
First, beat the margarine until smooth. Then, alternately add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Then, combine everything with the sifted flour and baking powder, and pour in the milk. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes. It’s best to test the doneness with a wooden skewer! A quick tip: This cake tastes especially good topped with chocolate icing.
