Healthy and Tasty Salad
The perfect healthy and tasty salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the chickpeas:
- 400 g Chickpeas
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (smoked)
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
For the mixed salad:
- 70 g Mixed salad
- 1 Pc. Cucumber
- 1 Pc. Avocado
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
To turn on:
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mix the chickpeas with the olive oil and spices and distribute evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Wash the lettuce mix and spin dry, quarter the cucumber and cut into slices. Separate the avocado from the core and the skin and dice. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Put the salad vegetables and the chickpeas in a bowl and dress with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
