Salad: Healthy Bowl
The perfect salad: healthy bowl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the Budwig dip
- 0,5 piece Zucchini organic
- 0,5 piece Red pepper
- 2 boiled Beetroot
- 100 g Low-Fat quark drained in the sieve
- 30 ml Organic fresh milk
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 small Chopped onion
- Wash, dry and pluck the lettuce – Wash, core and cut the peppers – Wash, dry and cut the zucchini into strips with a peeler – Peel and slice the beetroot (which I cooked the day before) to cut.
- Arrange everything in a bowl.
- Then mix the ingredients for the Budwig dip well and before serving
