Salad: Healthy Bowl

The perfect salad: healthy bowl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the Budwig dip

  • 0,5 piece Zucchini organic
  • 0,5 piece Red pepper
  • 2 boiled Beetroot
  • 100 g Low-Fat quark drained in the sieve
  • 30 ml Organic fresh milk
  • 30 ml Linseed oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  1. Wash, dry and pluck the lettuce – Wash, core and cut the peppers – Wash, dry and cut the zucchini into strips with a peeler – Peel and slice the beetroot (which I cooked the day before) to cut.
  2. Arrange everything in a bowl.
  3. Then mix the ingredients for the Budwig dip well and before serving
