Healthy blueberry banana muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g blueberries
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

for 12 muffins

Divide the blueberries among 12 muffin tins (preferably silicone ones). Mash the bananas. Whisk the eggs and mix with the cinnamon and bananas. Pour the mixture over the blueberries. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 12 minutes. Refrigerate the muffins.
