Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) oat flakes, fine or wholegrain
  • ½ tsp, heaped cinnamon
  • ½ tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 50 g apple sauce or apple puree
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • some vanilla extract
  • 100 g berries, frozen
  • Oil or butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

First of all: My mug holds 350 ml. Measure or weigh all ingredients and mix together in a bowl. Choose a medium-sized baking dish and grease it with a drop of oil or a little butter so the cake doesn’t stick too much. Pour the mixture into the dish and smooth it out. Then place it in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for 50 to 60 minutes. Tips: You can optionally add ingredients such as flaxseed, cocoa, protein powder, tonka bean, or similar. Once cooled, the cake can be cut into slices and served with fresh fruit and yogurt. The cake will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
