- 10 cm cucumber(s)
- 6 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- n. B. Croutons
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, vegan
- 4 tbsp oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Sugar
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the vegetables. Peel the onion and cucumber. Finely dice the onion, cut the remaining vegetables into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a bowl. For the vinaigrette, combine the vinegar and oil, season with salt, pepper, sugar, and dill. Mix into the salad. Serve sprinkled with the croutons.
