Healthy Spaghetti Bolognese

The perfect healthy spaghetti bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 2 Do. Skinned tomatoes
  • 1 Fresh carrots
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 2 El Olive oil
  • 2 Clove of garlic
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 1 El Omega-3 oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Bring plenty of water with a little salt and the omega-3 oil to a boil in a large saucepan. (Pasta water)
  2. Peel the onion, peel the garlic and cut everything into small cubes. Peel the carrot and cut it into very small cubes.
  3. Let the olive oil get hot in a medium saucepan and then briefly brown the onions and garlic in it. Then add the minced meat and fry everything together. Add the carrot and let it sauté briefly.
  4. In the meantime, cut the canned tomatoes into small pieces and then add the juice and liquid from the can to the pot with the minced meat. Now season everything well with salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Put the spaghetti (possibly broken in the middle) into the pasta water and cook for a good 8 minutes until al dente. Then quench under cold water.
  6. Now arrange the spaghetti on the plate, pour the sauce over it and then sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan over the top.
