Healthy vital muesli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g low-fat yogurt
  • 2 apples
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 30 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 4 tsp flaxseed meal
  • 3 tsp psyllium husks
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pack of Bourbon vanilla flavoring
  • 5 tbsp raisins
  • n. B. Nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 15 minutes

Quarter the two apples, remove the cores, and coarsely grate them using a grater. Mix all ingredients except the nuts with the grated apples. Pour the muesli into a sealable container or into four smaller containers for on the go, and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Roughly chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the muesli. Walnuts and natural almonds are particularly good. This muesli is perfect for breakfast or as a snack at work. It’s quick to prepare and will easily keep for 6 days. Because the muesli is high in fiber, make sure you drink plenty of fluids.
