Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bunch of carrots
- ½ lime(s), juice
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the carrots, grate them coarsely or finely (depending on your preference), and place them in a large bowl. Add the lime juice and rapeseed oil and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate, then adjust the seasoning if necessary. The carrot salad will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
