Healthy, tasty, quick to prepare

First, peel the potatoes, chop them into small pieces, and cook them briefly. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato pieces. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and the smoked pork, add them to the potatoes along with the diced ham, and continue cooking. Stir the contents of the pan frequently and cover with a lid so the potatoes can cook thoroughly. Season to taste, e.g., with nutmeg, parsley, etc. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the cream cheese and add additional seasoning, e.g., with paprika. Separately, cook the Brussels sprouts until al dente and add them to the pan. Cook everything briefly for about a minute. Now add the sauce to the pan, stir, and add a little water if necessary. Bring back to a boil briefly and serve. 370 kcal per serving
