Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pork salmon or pork neck
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 8 slice(s) Chorizo , spicy
- 100 g blue cheese
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Butterfly the pork salmon into two steaks. Flatten them lightly and brush with a little mustard. Place half of the chorizo slices and the blue cheese on the inside of each steak, then fold the steaks together. Salt the outside of the meat and fry in hot oil on both sides. The steaks are cooked through when the cheese melts and oozes easily. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
