Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 250 g onion(s), finely diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 can corn, EW 280 g
- 1 can/n tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can cherry tomatoes
- 1 liter broth, instant
- 1 pack of dumplings (mini dumplings)
- salt and pepper

Peel and finely dice the onions. Peel the carrot and cut into small rounds. Brown the minced meat in two batches in a large pot until crumbly. Remove the meat and sauté the onions in the frying fat. Lightly fry the tomato paste and simmer with a little broth to loosen the pan’s juices. Add the ground beef, tomatoes, broth, corn, and carrots; bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the mini dumplings and cook them in the soup according to the package instructions. Finally, check that the carrots are cooked through, season to taste, and serve.
