  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp coconut butter, alternatively grated coconut or coconut oil
  • some plant milk (plant drink), e.g. oat drink

Instructions

Soak the almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins the night before. The next morning, take a blender jug ​​and add the three soaked, drained ingredients. Then pour all the remaining ingredients into the jug. First, add about 3 tablespoons of plant-based milk to allow the blender to work. You can add more if needed and for the desired consistency. The final result should be slightly less than firm.
