Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 almonds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 3 tbsp coconut butter, alternatively grated coconut or coconut oil
- some plant milk (plant drink), e.g. oat drink
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
vegan, raw food, grain-free
Soak the almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins the night before. The next morning, take a blender jug and add the three soaked, drained ingredients. Then pour all the remaining ingredients into the jug. First, add about 3 tablespoons of plant-based milk to allow the blender to work. You can add more if needed and for the desired consistency. The final result should be slightly less than firm.
