Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simple, fast, great
Make a shortcrust pastry from the required ingredients and line a springform pan, including the rim. Beat 3 egg whites and finally add the 100g of sugar to the stiff mixture. Set aside for now. Mix together the quark, sugar, oil, and egg yolks. Add the cream pudding mix and milk (don’t be surprised if the mixture is quite runny). Finally, stir in the mandarins. Pour the mixture into the springform pan. Place in a cold oven and bake for approx. 45 minutes at 180°C-200°C. Then brush with the beaten egg white mixture and bake for another 7 minutes. It’s best to turn off the oven afterward and let the cake cool in the closed oven for a few minutes.
