Heimi’s Hot Dog

The perfect heimi’s hot dog recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Hot dog bun
  • 4 Hot dog sausages
  • 4 Discs Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Roasted onions
  • 4 tbsp Sauerkraut
  • 1 Pickled cucumber pickled. drained
  • Some ketchup
  1. Soak the sausages in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the rolls open, but not quite through, put in 1 slice of cheese, sauerkraut, and put the sausage on top. a few cucumber slices, and the fried onion spread.
  3. Now decorate the whole thing with ketchup and close the bun
