Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 15 g herbs, mixed, Italian herbs, frozen
  • 15 g garlic, frozen
  • 1 tsp, heaped sea salt, coarse
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick herb butter with frozen herbs

Let the butter soften. Combine the thawed herbs and garlic with the other ingredients, then stir into the butter with a tablespoon until the herbs are evenly distributed. Once combined, drain off any excess liquid.
