Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 15 g herbs, mixed, Italian herbs, frozen
- 15 g garlic, frozen
- 1 tsp, heaped sea salt, coarse
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

quick herb butter with frozen herbs
Let the butter soften. Combine the thawed herbs and garlic with the other ingredients, then stir into the butter with a tablespoon until the herbs are evenly distributed. Once combined, drain off any excess liquid.
