Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pack of mixed herbs, 8 herbs
- Salt
- possibly pepper

Cream the soft butter until fluffy. Finely chop the garlic cloves and crush them with a knife on salt (this will intensify the flavor, but not the smell) until a soft paste forms. Mix the herbs and garlic with the butter. Add salt to taste and (lightly) pepper if desired. Chill.
