Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
- 80 g butter
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bavarian specialty – very mild
Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces along with the chives. Then mix it with Philadelphia cheese and butter until creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then refrigerate until ready to serve. Tip: If you like ground caraway, you can also add it.
