Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 3 cups low-fat curd cheese
- 2 pinches of sugar
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 handful of chives
- 1 dashes salad cream
- 1 pinch of marjoram
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 shot of oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix the quark with the onion and all the spices. Don’t use too much garlic; a small pinch is enough! Season to taste. Let it sit for half an hour. In the meantime, you can cook potatoes as a side dish, for example.
