Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 clove(s) garlic, or more
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 gherkin(s)
- Parsley
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Blend the cream cheese with the cream and yogurt until smooth. Finely chop the garlic, capers, and gherkin and mix in. Season with salt and pepper, and add parsley and chives. Other herbs are also welcome. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. The longer the better. It tastes great with fondue, grilled meat, or simply with baguette.
