Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 40 g fat
  • 40 g flour
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 1 bag of herbs, e.g. chives, dill, basil, parsley, etc.
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Caraway powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pour the fat into a pot and melt it, add the flour and sauté. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Add the finely chopped herbs and season with spices to taste. Serve with potatoes or pasta.
