Herb sauce for potatoes, spaetzle or chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cream
  • 150 g herb cream cheese
  • 50 g cream cheese with chives
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 5 tsp herbs (8-herb blend, frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly flour for binding

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

You always have the ingredients at hand and it’s super quick

Heat the cream and add the cream cheese and vegetable stock. Cook for 3 minutes until the cream cheese has melted. Add the frozen herbs and salt and pepper, if desired. Stir continuously and thicken with flour until the desired consistency is reached.
