Ingredients dough:
- 200 g Flour
- 80 g Cold butter
- 1 Egg
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Milk
Ingredients quiche:
- 250 g Low fat quark
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp Chive rolls
possibly still:
- 200 g Cooked ham
Instructions
- Knead a dough out of the flour, chopped cold butter, egg, salt and milk. Roll out the dough and line a round baking pan with it. The edge should be about 3 cm high. Then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Mix the low-fat quark, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, pressed garlic and eggs well and fold in the herbs. If you want, you can cut the boiled ham into small cubes and distribute it evenly on the dough. Then pour in the quark mixture and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes and leave to rest for another 10 minutes in the switched-off oven. Tastes great with a fresh salad.
