Ingredients
- Yeast dough for a springform pan
- 500 gr Salmon
- 200 gr Cream cheese
- 200 gr Cherry tomatoes
- 200 gr Buffalo mozzarella
- 3 Eggs
- Dill
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Line a greased springform pan with yeast dough and leave a small edge
- Cut the salmon into cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes and pluck the mozzarella and distribute everything in the springform pan on the dough.
- Beat the cream cheese with the eggs until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and add the dill to taste. Then pour over the salmon, tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes.
