Ingredients
 

  • Yeast dough for a springform pan
  • 500 gr Salmon
  • 200 gr Cream cheese
  • 200 gr Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 gr Buffalo mozzarella
  • 3 Eggs
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Line a greased springform pan with yeast dough and leave a small edge
  • Cut the salmon into cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes and pluck the mozzarella and distribute everything in the springform pan on the dough.
  • Beat the cream cheese with the eggs until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and add the dill to taste. Then pour over the salmon, tomatoes and mozzarella.
  • Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes.
