Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 fish fillets (fresh herring)
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ apple
  • 4 small gherkins
  • lots of dill
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes perfect with boiled potatoes

Cut the herring into bite-sized pieces, chop the rest of the herring into small pieces, and mix everything with the sour cream and sour cream. Season with plenty of dill and the remaining spices, to taste. This tastes best with boiled potatoes.
