Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g High Protein Chocolate Pudding
- 200 g high protein pudding caramel
- 300 g low-fat curd cheese
- 20 g peanuts, roasted & salted
- 3 butter biscuits
- 25 g dark chocolate (I use 80% dark chocolate)
- 2 pinches of salt
- some sweetener or alternative sweeteners

Place the dark chocolate in a water bath and let it melt. Meanwhile, prepare the 2 bowls: Empty the chocolate protein pudding into the bowls. Mix the low-fat quark with a little water and sweetener (sweetener, stevia, or flavor powder) until it is nice and creamy. Then pour the low-fat quark on top of the chocolate pudding. As the third and final layer, spread the caramel protein pudding on top of the low-fat quark. Next comes the topping: Crumble the 3 butter cookies into small pieces and spread them on the caramel pudding. Then sprinkle the peanuts on the butter cookies. Spread the melted chocolate over the top with a small spoon and sprinkle a pinch of salt over each one. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours so that the chocolate sets and sets. Nutritional values per bowl: 434 calories | 29 g carbohydrates | 42 g protein | 15g fat Tip: This bowl tastes especially delicious with a little melted peanut butter on top of the butter cookies and peanuts. Simply spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and don’t forget a pinch of salt.
