Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of clove(s) and ginger ground.
- 225 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g chocolate, grated
- 300 g pumpkin flesh, grated
- some milk
- Cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, and spices until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift over the batter. Fold in the nuts, chocolate, and pumpkin. If the batter is too stiff, add a little milk. Pour into a cake pan (loaf pan or springform pan). Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 60 minutes. Once cooled, glaze with chocolate.
