Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg white
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g sugar, fine
  • 50 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For decorating desserts

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Place baking paper on the baking sheet, place any stencil on top (I used silicone stencils, which come in various shapes), and spread the mixture onto the stencil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until light golden brown. Immediately remove from the oven and let cool.
