Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g yogurt
- 2 sheets of white gelatin
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g icing sugar
- 1 lime(s)
- 200 ml cream (whipping cream)
- some lemon juice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Delicious cream dessert
Soak the gelatin leaves and whip the cream until stiff. Stir the yogurt until smooth, add the sugar and lime juice. Quickly stir in the gelatin dissolved in the lemon juice, then gently fold in the cream. Pour the cream into glasses and refrigerate. Garnish with fruit pieces, swirls, or chocolate shavings before serving.
