Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 ml natural yogurt
- 400 ml crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
- 1 package of garden herbs of your choice, frozen
- 3 cloves garlic, fresh
- 5 slice(s) Jalapeño(s) , pickled
- 1 tbsp liquid (jalapeño broth)
- 1 pinch of salt

Combine natural yogurt, crème fraîche, lime juice, jalapeno stock, and garden herbs in a large mixing bowl. Peel and press the garlic, then add it along with the jalapeno slices. Mix everything well with a whisk. Season to taste with salt and a little more lime juice (for acidity) or jalapeno stock (for spiciness). Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. It’s perfect with baked potatoes, chips, or simply as a spread on baguette.
