Pumpkin as a bread topping
Cut the Hokkaido into thin slices, place them in a container, sprinkle with butter or margarine, and cover in the microwave. Heat on high for about 3 minutes. This will cook the slices. Mix the low-fat quark with the chili sauce. Spread the slices of bread with butter, place the pumpkin on top, and spread the dip on top. Then, decorate or season the slices. Delicious hot or cold as an appetizer, snack, or buffet!
