Pumpkin as a bread topping

Cut the Hokkaido into thin slices, place them in a container, sprinkle with butter or margarine, and cover in the microwave. Heat on high for about 3 minutes. This will cook the slices. Mix the low-fat quark with the chili sauce. Spread the slices of bread with butter, place the pumpkin on top, and spread the dip on top. Then, decorate or season the slices.
