Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of Leberkäse
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion(s)
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with bacon and fried egg
Peel the onion, chop it into small pieces, and fry it in a pan with the Leberkäse. Remove both from the pan and keep warm in the oven. Cook the bacon and fried eggs in the pan. Arrange the Leberkäse and onions on a plate, top each with a piece of bacon and a fried egg, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a salad or baguette.
