Homemade Farmer’s Salad
The perfect homemade farmer’s salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 2 Onions
- 150 g Seedless grapes
- 2 Tomatoes
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 200 g Sheep cheese
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 50 ml Raspberry vinegar
- 20 ml Grenadine syrup
- 20 ml Salt
- 20 ml Pepper
- Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. The tomatoes are washed, the stalk removed and cut into small cubes. The cucumber is also washed and cut into fine strips.
- The grapes are washed and quartered. The lamb’s lettuce is washed and loosened from the roots. The sheep cheese is carefully cut into small cubes. Then everything comes in a large salad bowl.
- For the vinaigrette, the olive oil and vinegar are whipped with a whisk, then the syrup, salt and pepper are added to taste and the dressing can be poured over the salad.
- Mix the salad well, then you can serve. Tip: If you put the salad in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes, it will pull a little more and taste even better.
