The perfect homemade gyros recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Schnitzel
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Gyros spice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  1. Cut the meat into strips, peel the onion, cut in half and also cut into strips
