Jacket Potatoes with Homemade Tzatziki

The perfect jacket potatoes with homemade tzatziki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Jacket potatoes:

  • 500 g New potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Caraway seed

Homemade tzatziki: (for 4 people!)

  • 300 g Quark 20%
  • 300 g Greek style yogurt
  • 300 g Snake cucumber (1 small snake cucumber)
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Cooking cream
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 bunch Dill (fresh or frozen)

To serve:

  • 2 Mini tomatoes
  • 2 Basil tips

Jacket potatoes:

  1. Wash the early potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) with caraway seeds (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes, drain, let cool a little and peel off.

Homemade tzatziki: (for 4 people!)
