Jacket Potatoes with Homemade Tzatziki
The perfect jacket potatoes with homemade tzatziki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Jacket potatoes:
- 500 g New potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Caraway seed
Homemade tzatziki: (for 4 people!)
- 300 g Quark 20%
- 300 g Greek style yogurt
- 300 g Snake cucumber (1 small snake cucumber)
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Cooking cream
- 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 bunch Dill (fresh or frozen)
To serve:
- 2 Mini tomatoes
- 2 Basil tips
Jacket potatoes:
- Wash the early potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) with caraway seeds (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes, drain, let cool a little and peel off.
Homemade tzatziki: (for 4 people!)
- Peel and grate the cucumber and squeeze out the cucumber well. Peel the garlic cloves. All ingredients (300 g quark, 300 g Greek yogurt, grated and squeezed snake cucumber, cloves of garlic pressed through the press, 3 tablespoons of cooking cream, 3 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill, 3 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill and chopped dill) in one Put in bowl and mix well.
