Homemade herb curd

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 box of cress
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • Sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the sour cream, low-fat quark, and mayonnaise thoroughly. Wash the parsley, dill, and chives in cold water and drain. Trim the cress. Finely chop all the herbs. Finely grate the onion and dice the gherkin. Add the ingredients to the quark, mix well, and season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice.
