Homemade licorice sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 handful of liquorice, salty
  • 1 handful of licorice candies, regular
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder (bourbon vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the licorice has melted. The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several weeks.
