Homemade Meat Salad with Homemade Baguette
The perfect homemade meat salad with homemade baguette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Meatloaf
- 1 glass Pickles
- 2 piece Eggs
- 320 ml Edible oil tasteless
- 2 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon White balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Low fat yogurt
- Cut the live cheese into strips. Cut the cucumber into strips.
- Beat eggs with mustard with a hand mixer. Stir in the oil drop by drop, be careful not to allow it to curdle. Please only use fresh eggs.
- After about 5 tablespoons, run in the oil in a long stream, but slowly.
- Season with salt and pepper. When the oil is all gone and everything has set nicely, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of yoghurt.
- Mix everything with the gingerbread cheese and cucumber. We had homemade baguett (see my KB) with it.
