Homemade Meat Salad with Homemade Baguette

The perfect homemade meat salad with homemade baguette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Meatloaf
  • 1 glass Pickles
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 320 ml Edible oil tasteless
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Low fat yogurt
  1. Cut the live cheese into strips. Cut the cucumber into strips.
  2. Beat eggs with mustard with a hand mixer. Stir in the oil drop by drop, be careful not to allow it to curdle. Please only use fresh eggs.
  3. After about 5 tablespoons, run in the oil in a long stream, but slowly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. When the oil is all gone and everything has set nicely, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of yoghurt.
  5. Mix everything with the gingerbread cheese and cucumber. We had homemade baguett (see my KB) with it.
