Homemade Mulled Wine Jelly
The perfect homemade mulled wine jelly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 liter Red wine
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Sliced oranges / untreated
- 0,5 Lemon juice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 kg Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Heat the red wine with the spices,, the orange slices and the lemon juice and let it steep for 20 minutes.
- Remove the spices and orange slices.
- As a reward for the STRESSED WORK, fill 1 glass and enjoy.
- Mix the mulled wine with the preserving sugar and bring to the boil. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the jelly into jam jars, close the lid and let the jars cool upside down
