Trappers twisted Minced Cabbage Roulade
The perfect trappers twisted minced cabbage roulade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 size Onion
- 1 Ei From the 😉 chicken
- 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Chopped herbs – here parsley, basil, oregano, thyme
- 2 chopped Garlic solo cloves
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- For the filling:
- 3 size Or six small leaves of white cabbage
- 2 tablespoon Cream cheese with herbs
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato paste
- 0,5 Red Chilli fresh
- Miscellaneous
- 1 piece Freezer bag 3 liters
- 1 size Casserole dish or baking sheet
- Pepper, salt and paprika for seasoning
- Chop the onion, garlic and herbs and add to the minced meat. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, mustard and the spices (pepper, salt, sweet paprika) and mix everything well. Put everything in a freezer bag and roll out thinly with a rolling pin. Cut open the front of the freezer bag and fold up.
- Spread the flaked cabbage (simmer in boiling water for about 5 minutes) on the rolled out minced meat. Mix the cream cheese, tomato paste, chilli and pepper, salt and paprika into a spread. Spread this on the cabbage. Now roll up the roulade from front to back with the help of the freezer bag. Pinch the ends together and place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Cook for approx. 60 minutes at 175 degrees top / bottom heat.
