  • 400 g yogurt
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious and healthy

First, combine the yogurt with the vanilla sugar (add a little more if needed) and pour it into a shallow bowl. Then, puree the frozen strawberries with a hand blender, gradually adding a little milk to the puree until you have a nice ice cream consistency. If you like it sweeter, add a little more sugar. Using a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, form balls of ice cream and place them on top of the yogurt. A delicious, healthy dessert that kids will love, too.
