Papaya cream with blackcurrant

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ papaya
  • 3 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 1 small jar of cassis

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the papaya in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then add only the flesh to a blender and blend with ice for about 1 minute. Use a wide, attractive “chalice” (bowl) and pour a little (about 2 tablespoons) of cassis into the bottom, then add the papaya cream and the rest of the cassis liqueur. It’s super simple and delicious… but don’t leave the cream in the fridge for very long; it’s better to prepare this dessert shortly before eating. 1 small glass = about 3 cl.
