Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g mixed nuts
  • 350 g butter
  • 275 g sugar
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 300 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 30 minutes

Roughly chop the nuts. It’s up to you which nuts you use. You can use a single type, such as walnuts, or you can mix different types. Lightly toast the chopped nuts in a non-stick pan, then add 250g butter, 175g sugar, and 4 tablespoons of honey. Toast everything together in the pan for about 10 minutes. Mix together 100g butter, 100g sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and the egg. Then mix in the yogurt, flour, and baking soda. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread the nut mixture evenly on top while it’s still hot. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes. After 10 hours, cut into small squares.
