Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g honey
- 50 g mustard
- 50 g oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 horseradish, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pour the mustard into a bowl. Slowly stir in the sunflower oil until creamy, then add the honey. Finely chop the dill and add it to the dip along with a little horseradish. Season with salt and pepper. This dip pairs well with smoked and cured salmon.
