Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cream or milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 85 g flour
  • 125 g nuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then gradually add the eggs. Add the vanilla sugar and cream. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir in. Finally, add the honey and nuts and mix well. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes.
