  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and a few drops of lemon juice. Cut the honeydew melon into small cubes and add it to the sour cream. Then let it chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. The amounts of spices and sugar can be adjusted to suit your taste.
