Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 100 g sugar (or a little more)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Bring 400ml of milk and sugar to a boil, then remove from the heat. Whisk 100ml of milk with the egg yolk and egg, then add to the hot mixture. Heat, stirring constantly, until just before boiling. Pour the hot egg mixture into glasses and add the rum. Cheers!
