Horseradish sauce, warm

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ stalk(s) horseradish, very finely grated
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk, cold
  • 375 ml broth, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the butter and oil. Stir in the flour and toast until light brown. Then add the milk and mix until smooth. Deglaze with the stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the horseradish, bring to a boil briefly, and serve while piping hot.
