Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ stalk(s) horseradish, grated very finely
  • ½ orange(s), the juice
  • 125 ml cream, whipped until stiff
  • 1 tbsp applesauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grate the horseradish. Then immediately drizzle with the orange juice. Fold in the applesauce and cream.
