Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter milk, low-fat
  • 4 tea bags (chai tea – spiced tea)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 75 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes very good especially in the cold season

Boil 750 ml of milk, add the tea bags, and let it steep according to the package instructions. Remove the tea bags, heat the milk, and melt the chocolate in it, stirring in the cinnamon. Heat the remaining milk and froth it. Pour the milk tea into cups, add the froth, and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
